Provide comprehensive, person-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment team for adults with severe mental illness. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating recovery services.
Must hold an independent Iowa alcohol and drug counselor certification (CADC, IADC, or IAADC) or equivalent and have at least three years of experience. A valid driver's license is required for travel, and bilingual skills are preferred.

About the Job Seasons is seeking an experienced and compassionate Alcohol and Drug Counselor to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. ACT is an innovative, evidence-based outpatient program serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).
In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary, community-based team to provide comprehensive, person-centered care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating services to support client recovery and stability.
The ACT program is highly team oriented, so our ideal candidate values a collaborative approach to care and has excellent communication and clinical skills.
Must hold an independent Iowa alcohol and drug counselor certification (CADC, IADC, or IAADC) or an equivalent certification from another state AND have at least three years of experience providing treatment to individuals with substance abuse disorders This position requires travel, so a valid driver’s license is required Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required Questions About the Job?
