The Physical Therapist provides quality assessment, evaluation, and treatment services to patients in home health and facility settings. The role focuses on restoring mobility and function to help individuals achieve their highest level of independence.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Masters or Doctorate preferred) and a current PA license. Candidates should have 1-2 years of related experience, specifically working with the senior population.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred. One (1) to two (2) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with senior population. Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication. Maintains current PA license as Physical Therapist including meeting continuing education requirements.
