Provide essential personal care, including hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation, while maintaining a safe environment for clients. Follow nursing plans of care and provide psychological support to promote independent living.
Candidates must hold a Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant license and a CPR certification. Additional requirements include a PPD/Chest x-ray and valid I-9 identification documents.
Maintain personal hygiene through activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Providing a safe environment. Light housekeeping and home management. Meal planning and preparation. Follow the nursing plan of care while maintaining records. Encourages independent living and promotes mental alertness while providing psychological support. Attends in-service training as required by state and federal regulations. Confirms the scheduling of visits with the Scheduling Coordinator weekly and notifies the agency of absences. Qualifications MD Certified Nursing Assistant license CPR Certification PPD/Chest x-ray Meet I-9 requirements, State issued ID, Social security card Bilingual is a plus!
