Full-Time NP/PA – Primary Care (DTLA)

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time NP or PA to serve as a core provider in our DTLA clinic. This role is central to patient care delivery and practice growth. What you'll do Patient Care Provide comprehensive primary care services Manage acute and chronic conditions Perform preventive care, screenings, and routine exams Prescribe medications within scope Patient Experience Deliver inclusive, culturally competent care Build strong patient relationships and trust Collaboration Work closely with supervising physician and care team Coordinate care across services and departments Documentation Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Utilize modern tools to improve efficiency Practice Growth Contribute to patient retention and satisfaction Support new programs and service expansion

Qualifications

Active California NP or PA license Primary care experience preferred Spanish-speaking preferred Experience working with LGBTQ+ patients strongly preferred
