📝 What You’ll Need to Join • Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Senior Care (HHA, CNA, PCA, or private family caregiving).
• Transportation: A valid driver’s license and an insured, reliable vehicle. Willing to provide transportation for clients.
• Availability: Ability to commit to at least 3 days per week (min. 16 hrs/week).
• Communication: Advanced fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Tech
• Savvy: Access to a smartphone and email for scheduling (WellSky experience is a plus!).
• Physical
• Ability: Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
• Clearance: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
