The role involves providing quality control oversight and troubleshooting protocols for shared research resources. The associate will contribute to long-term projects and assist in developing new lab services and research functions.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of research experience, or a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience. Strong expertise in instrumentation or bench work is required.
Must have strong, recognized expertise in instrumentation or at the bench; ability to exert quality control oversight; excellent problem solving abilities and ability to troubleshoot and refine protocols. Expected to contribute to long term projects and to assist with the development of new services, lab and research functions. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be willing to take initiative.
