The On-Call Nurse is responsible for triaging patient calls, conducting patient visits, and performing admissions as needed. They must also participate in daily field visits and weekly office meetings to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold a current Michigan RN license in good standing. One year of hospice experience is preferred, along with an empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
