The Clinic Prep Clerk is responsible for preparing clinic health files and assembling electronic charts for patients. This includes verifying insurance information and obtaining necessary referrals from outside physician offices.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of applicable office or clerical experience, preferably in a medical setting, is required.

$17.81 - $24.22 per hour
(Pay is determined based on years of experience)

As a Clinic Prep Clerk for Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, you will be responsible for the preparation of clinic health files. This position will involve assembling electronic charts for patients, verifying chart details and insurance information, as well as obtaining referrals from outside physician’s offices.
