Responsibilities

Average of 8-14 patients per day On-site 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. with overnight call from hom 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Flexible scheduling available ( 7 on 7off, 10 on 10 off) Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications
