Provide direct patient care and support providers in a primary care and urgent care setting. Responsibilities include patient intake, administering medications, performing clinical procedures, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.
Must hold an active LPN license in Oklahoma and a current BLS certification. Previous experience in a clinic or outpatient setting is preferred.

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician or provider in a primary care clinic setting Assist with patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and documentation Administer medications and perform clinical procedures within the LPN scope of practice Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the provider Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans Perform routine clinical tasks such as venipuncture, EKGs, and basic lab procedures Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EMR Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and safety standards Support clinic workflow, including patient communication and coordination of care Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Education & Licensure Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oklahoma Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Experience & Skills
Previous experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred Strong understanding of primary care workflows and patient care Excellent communication and patient interaction skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to see with corrective lenses and hear with or without assistance May be exposed to infectious or contagious diseases Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
Physical Demands: Frequent standing and walking within the clinic
Ability to lift and carry up to 15–20 pounds if needed
