• Summary of Primary Function The Palliative Registered Nurse functions as the primary nurse for families in the hospital & home setting.
• He/She is a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• The competent Registered Nurse sets nursing goals and plans, which demonstrate a holistic approach to patients & families.
• Mobilizes resources to meet the individualized needs of patients & families.
• Demonstrates a mastery of clinical skills.
• Certifications BLS Basic Life Support

Valid nursing license from the state of practice (required) Education Associate of Nursing, nursing (required)
