The Registered Nurse coordinates comprehensive healthcare for individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring treatment plans comply with state regulations. Responsibilities include managing medication orders, providing 24-hour telephone triage, and training staff on medication administration.
Candidates must possess a valid New York State Registered Nurse's License and a valid driver's license. At least one year of nursing experience is required, with a preference for experience in Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities (MR/DD).
