How you’ll make an impact in this role Join an established team of 15 physicians and 13 APPs Practice setting: inpatient Access to collaborative physicians and multidisciplinary teams Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Critical Care Medicine Active Florida medical license required, or currently in the process of obtaining Florida licensure Provide high-quality, patient-centered care through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pulmonary and critical care conditions in inpatient and intensive care settings About the Facility 528-bed hospital / medical center Beautiful views of the St. Johns River Serving a population of approximately 1 million Integrated referral network Part of Ascension, a national nonprofit Catholic health system Why Physicians Choose Ascension Physician-led, collaborative culture Long-term practice stability National network with local autonomy Mission-centered care rooted in service

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
