Perform physical therapy evaluations and implement customized treatment plans for short-term and long-term care residents. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapist license and possess strong clinical and communication skills. Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric therapy is preferred.
