Coordinate organ recovery efforts by assessing donor viability and managing the recovery process to ensure organ viability. Provide sensitive support and guidance to donor families while leading educational sessions for peers.
Must be a licensed Respiratory Therapist with at least 2 years of experience in ICU or emergency care settings. Requires the ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with statewide travel.
