The Mental Health Professional provides clinical and crisis support services, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for individuals in crisis. They collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and families to promote recovery and wellness in a community-based setting.
Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in high-risk, fast-paced mental health settings and a valid NYS Driver's License are required.
Pay $55,000 - $85,000/annually $3,000 sign-on bonus!

The Mental Health Professional (MHP) is responsible for promoting recovery and wellness, fostering participant engagement, and providing clinical and crisis support services tailored to individual needs. Our program offers a range of mental health, substance use, and related support services in a supportive community-based setting for children, families, and adults. The MHP is expected to maintain current knowledge and develop proficiency in program-recommended Evidence-Based Practices to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
We offer a tiered professional development model for clinical providers based on education, experience, and licensure status. Each tier reflects a unique stage in a provider’s career journey and outlines opportunities for growth, supervision, and impact.
Ideal for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in high-risk, crisis-driven mental health environments.
Tier II - Unlicensed or Limited Permit Professionals
Designed for Master’s-level professionals in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields who are actively pursuing licensure or hold a limited permit.
For those with initial licensure (e.g., LMSW, LMHC without diagnostic privileges, LCAT, or equivalent) who are developing independent clinical practice in co-occurring disorder treatment.
Suited for professionals with advanced licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) and proven expertise in treating co-occurring disorders.
