Master of Social Work (MSW)

We are seeking a dedicated Master of Social Work (MSW) to provide high-quality clinical services. You will manage a diverse caseload, conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions while maintaining the highest standards of care.

WHAT YOU’LL DO • Clinical Therapy

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions (telehealth or in-person).
• Assessment &
• Diagnosis: Perform initial clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Crisis
• Intervention: Provide immediate support and safety planning for clients in acute distress.
• Collaboration: Work alongside our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for every client.
• Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Education

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active state license (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent). Candidates working toward clinical hours (LCSW) are encouraged to apply; supervision may be available.
