This role is ideal for a coordinator or clinical professional who excels at insurance verification, hospital collaboration, and patient advocacy.
You’ll empower patients facing kidney disease by providing vital education and ensuring they have a seamless transition to the dialysis center of their choice.

Part-Time: Not to exceed 24 hours per week.

5 variable hours per day, Monday–Friday (scheduled between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
