Heartline Staffing, strategic talent partners with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Dental Hygienist for an outpatient opportunity in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW This mission-driven outpatient opportunity offers a true four-day workweek with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities. Providers will focus on preventative dental care and oral health education while working alongside a collaborative clinical support team serving patients of all ages.

COMPENSATION • Base Pay

• $40.00-$54.00/hour

• Role responsibilities
• Provide preventative dental hygiene care
• Perform patient oral health assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience REQUIRED
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong patient communication and education skills REQUIRED
• Collaborative team-oriented mindset REQUIRED
