Conduct patient histories and comprehensive physical examinations. Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests. Formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings. Educate patients and families on preventive health, lifestyle, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy teams to ensure integrated care. Participate in peer review, quality improvement initiatives, and provider meetings. Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Clinicians and students when requested. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Participate in after-hours call rotation and community engagement efforts. Qualifications Demonstrated commitment to providing equitable, patient-centered care.
