Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services for patients aged 5 and older dealing with behavioral health and substance use concerns. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate electronic health records.
Must possess a clear and active New York LMHC license and be comfortable working with patients aged 5 and older. Requires strong communication skills and experience utilizing electronic health record systems within a team-oriented environment.
