Provide direct concierge-level patient care and support the physician during examinations and procedures. Manage Chronic Care Management (CCM) implementation and maintain accurate electronic health records.
Requires an ASN or BSN certification, Phlebotomy certification, and current AHA BLS certification. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in primary or outpatient care.

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and supports the physician in delivering the highest quality concierge-level healthcare. This role ensures a positive membership experience by coordinating clinical care, assisting with patient education, and supporting front-office operations when needed. The RN promotes MDVIP’s values by fostering long-term patient relationships, contributing to membership growth/retention, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards.

Required Qualifications ASN or BSN certification Phlebotomy Certification Current American Heart Association BLS Certification Card. Two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in primary care, concierge medicine, or outpatient practice.
Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient practices. Strong clinical assessment and triage skills. Familiarity with specific EMR systems (e.g., EPIC, Athena). Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
