We are hiring Dental Assistants at multiple levels (Entry-Level to Senior) to support our dental team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, patient-focused, and eager to grow within a professional clinical environment. Key Responsibilities (All Levels) Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take and develop dental X-rays (as permitted by certification) Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow infection control and safety protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Entry-Level Dental Assistant (0–2 Years Experience) What You’ll Do Support chairside procedures under supervision Prepare instruments and materials for treatments Greet and prepare patients for appointments Learn clinical workflows and dental procedures
High school diploma or equivalent Completion of a dental assistant program (preferred) Willingness to obtain required certifications (e.g., X-ray, CPR) Strong communication and organizational skills
$18 – $25 per hour (approximately $37,000 – $52,000 annually) Senior Dental Assistant (3+ Years Experience) What You’ll Do Assist in complex dental procedures and surgeries Take dental impressions and advanced imaging Train and mentor junior dental assistants Manage inventory and ensure clinical efficiency Support dentists with treatment planning and patient care coordination
3+ years of dental assisting experience Required state certifications and radiology license Strong knowledge of dental procedures and instruments Excellent patient care and multitasking skills
