About the Role

• The Nurse Staff position is integral to delivering high-quality patient care within a healthcare setting across the United States.
• This role involves assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records.
• The nurse will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• A key outcome of this role is to promote patient health, comfort, and safety through compassionate and evidence-based nursing practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• Advanced certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition accurately and timely.
