The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Wound Care provides direct and consultative patient care focused on wound management. This includes wound assessment, implementation of treatment plans, and collaboration with the healthcare team.
Candidates must have a postsecondary certificate from an accredited nursing program and state licensure as an LPN or LVN. A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience is required, with prior experience in acute care or wound management preferred.

Education Postsecondary (Cert/Diploma/Program Grad) from an accredited licensed practical or licensed vocational nursing program (Required) Licenses/Certifications LPN or LVN - Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse - State Licensure State Licensure in the state of practice Upon Hire (Required) And BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire or within facility-specified time frame (Required) Experience 3+ years clinical nursing experience (Required) And Prior Experience in acute care or wound management (Preferred)
