The Occupational Therapist Assistant provides clinical interventions in an acute care setting based on established plans of care. They are responsible for documenting patient progress and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to facilitate safe transitions to the next level of care.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid license in Pennsylvania (and New Jersey if working there), along with NBCOT registration. Current CPR certification and completion of an accredited educational program are also required.
