The LPN provides medical insight and participates in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care for individuals with disabilities. They are also responsible for training direct care staff and providing medical in-services to program staff.
Candidates must hold a valid New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Experience in Med/Surg and working with intellectually and developmentally disabled populations is preferred.
