Provide direct resident care, administer medications and treatments, and monitor resident health changes. Collaborate with CNAs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN school with a valid Montana LPN license and CPR certification. Six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.

What You’ll Do Provide direct resident care and support daily needs Administer medications and treatments safely Monitor residents and report changes to the RN Support and collaborate with CNAs Maintain accurate, timely documentation
What You Bring Active Montana LPN license (or ability to obtain) Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills LTC/SNF experience a plus

Education Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
