The PRN Physical Therapist provides individualized care to help patients regain gross motor skills, muscular strength, and mobility. Responsibilities include reducing pain and improving skin and tissue integrity through specialized therapy services.
Candidates must be licensed by the Maryland State Board of PT Examiners and hold a Level C CPR certification for healthcare providers. Proficiency in acute care rehab management, including gait training and wound care, is required.
The PRN Physical Therapist provides specific physical therapy services aimed at assisting the patient in regaining an optimal level of ability in gross motor skills, muscular strength and function, mobility, the reduction of pain, and the improvement in the loss of skin/tissue integrity. The PRN Physical therapist provides individualized care basedupon needs of the patient and family. Weekday and weekend availability are preferred for this position.
