Provide skilled patient care and administer medications according to the plan of care in a home health setting. Monitor patient conditions, document clinical notes, and assist with activities of daily living.
Must hold a current LPN or RN license from the Virginia State Board of Nursing. Experience in home health or home care settings is preferred.
