The Dialysis Technician provides direct patient care by operating and monitoring hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis machines. They are also responsible for maintaining quality control, performing laboratory tests, and assisting in patient and staff training.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and completion of CMS-adopted technician training or certification. A minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and BLS certification are required.
