The Phlebotomist will assist with various clinical study procedures, including participant screening, admission, and discharge, while demonstrating technical skills in phlebotomy and specimen collection. Responsibilities also involve assessing and documenting adverse events, assisting other clinical staff with study duties, and potentially coordinating studies including drug accountability.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience to qualify for this full-time position. Graduation from a medical assistant or phlebotomy program is preferred.

Assist with study participant screening, admission, orientation, conduct, and discharge; Demonstrate technical skills in phlebotomy, laboratory specimen collection, electrocardiogram placement, vital signs, and other protocol-related procedures; Assess, document, and notify appropriate project team members of study participant adverse events in timely manner; Assist other clinical staff with study-related duties (e.g., laboratory draws, electronic data capture entry, queries, follow-up appointments); and May coordinate studies including working with the research team on development of overall study processes in accordance with the protocol, obtain informed consent, conduct study visits, maintain accurate investigational drug accountability when dispensing study drug.
High school diploma and at least one year of phlebotomy experience; Graduate of a medical assistant or phlebotomy program preferred.
