Provide direct support to individuals by assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and housekeeping. Mentor and coach individuals to enhance their independence and help them achieve their personal goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.

Your work is performed in accordance with appropriate procedures under the supervision of the House Manager who reviews results through living area observation of activities in progress, residents’ responsiveness, inspection of living area, reports, and periodic meetings.
