The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for compounding and dispensing medications and IV admixtures for inpatients and outpatients. They also provide patient education, monitor medication administration, and supervise pharmacy operations in the absence of leadership.
A Bachelor's degree is required, with a PharmD preferred, along with mandatory WV Board of Pharmacy licensure. One year of related experience is preferred.
