Support the Nurse Practitioner by managing patient intake, vital signs, and clinical room preparation. Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and maintaining patient records while providing pre- and post-treatment instructions.
Requires 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery. A Medical Assistant certification in the state of New York is preferred.
Artistry of Face is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our esteemed Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Heffernan, in delivering top-notch care to our patients at our Loudonville, NY location.

Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures. Support the Nurse Practitioner during patient consultations and treatments. Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records. Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use. Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
Mondays - 9am - 5pm EST Wednesdays - 9am - 5pm EST Thursdays - 1pm - 7pm EST

Certification: Medical Assistant certification in the state of New York is preferred.
2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
