The Medication Technician is responsible for administering medications and treatments according to protocol and documenting resident care. They also monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing leadership.
Candidates must hold CNA and Medication Aide certifications from the Virginia Department of Health Professions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications.
