Admit patients, and establish care goals. Establishes and maintains the plan of care and reviews progress to goals. Coordinated Care with providers and interdisciplinary teams Assess, treat, implement, and evaluate patients. Seeking Nurses for long-term care. Administers medications according to provider orders. Delegate Care to Caregivers in community settings. Comfortable providing education to nurses, caregivers, families, and patients. Qualifications/Educational Requirements

Current Washington state RN/LPN license in good standing Current BLS One (1) year of nursing experience is preferred. WILL TRAIN NEW GRADS
