Oversee the health and well-being of residents in a long-term care setting. Manage chronic conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure high standards of care.
Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
