Execute physician-prescribed care plans and provide personal care services to patients in their homes. Monitor vitals, administer treatments, and communicate patient health status to families and medical professionals.
Candidates must possess current CPR, First Aid, and 2-Step TB Test certifications. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and experience in a clinical or home health setting is preferred.

We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) in the Paducah, KY area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.
18-24 hours a week. Assistance with ADL's, light housekeeping, record vitals and report any concerns to appropriate nurse/PCP
