• Rocks: 💰 Top-tier compensation – Guaranteed base salary range $235,000 -$350,000 depending on experience. ✅Non-production-based compensation model | New physicians base salary starts in the 10-25 percentile range $215,000 - $245,000 | Additional compensation for call (call pay plus with RVUs) is ⬆️$70,000-$100,000 ✅Possibility to earn more by taking on more shifts 🩺 Production-based bonus structure – Earn more with additional RVUs 🎉 Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance starting at $20,000 💸 Student loan repayment eligibility through KMSL, OMS, and KBP programs 🏖️ Generous PTO – 248 hours per year 🏥 Full benefits package – Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 🏋️‍♂️ Robust Employee Wellness program 💼 Employed position with stable rural hospital & clinic network 🔄
