Provide direct and indirect care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure resident comfort, safety, and rehabilitation.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED and be able to read and write English. No prior experience is required as a free training and certification program is provided.
The Certified Nurse’s Aide performs direct and indirect care to residents as directed by our Clinical Team of Nurse Managers, Clinical Coordinators, Nursing Supervisors and Charge Nurses. Duties include: Provide compassionate care to a diverse age group of residents Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, transferring, bed mobility, ambulation, feeding, toileting, positioning Distribute and assist with snacks and nourishment Collaborating with other health care team members to personalize and enhance the patient experience Responding to and anticipating the needs of patients’ family members
Must have a high school diploma or GED that can be verified. Must be able to read/write English Language Ability to understand and carry out directions and instructions. Ability to report changes in resident’s condition and other pertinent information. Ability to take and record information and basic records. Knowledge of MS Office and able to learn new software rapidly.
