Provide evidence-based and purposeful rehabilitation services to patients within a supportive team environment. Collaborate with an in-house rehab team to ensure high-quality care in a long-term care setting.
Must possess an APTA-accredited PT degree (BS, MS, or DPT) and a valid Tennessee PT license. Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is considered a plus.
