Provide speech, language, cognition, and swallowing services to patients within a skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with the rehabilitation team using evidence-based techniques for dysphagia and communication therapy.
Candidates must be ASHA certified and hold a valid Missouri SLP license. Experience with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and Medicare is considered a plus.
