The Registered Nurse prepares patients, equipment, and rooms for endoscopy procedures while assisting physicians. They are responsible for endoscope manipulation and adhering to center policies to provide multi-dimensional patient care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved nursing school and hold a current license from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas. A minimum of one year of experience in GI endoscopy and proficiency in endoscope manipulation are required.
