Provide intensive in-home case management to homeless or at-risk families to support reunification and prevent child removal. Collaborate with stakeholders and community resources to help clients address unemployment, mental illness, and substance use.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A valid driver's license and strong case management skills are mandatory.
