The General Surgical Officer is responsible for the preoperative, operative, and postoperative care of patients, leading the surgical team and performing a variety of surgical procedures. They will also monitor recovery, educate patients, and maintain accurate medical records.
Candidates must be U.S. board-certified General Surgeons with full unrestricted U.S. licensure and current ATLS certification. A minimum of 5 years of recent experience, including 6 months within the last year, is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records.
