Provide personalized home-based care for seniors and individuals with chronic illnesses, assisting with daily living activities and hygiene. Monitor patient vitals and glucose levels while collaborating with a nursing team to follow care plans.
Requires a high school diploma, active Michigan Nursing Assistant Certification, and CPR certification. Candidates must possess a valid MI driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
