Provide high-quality, compassionate direct care to senior residents, including assistance with activities of daily living and monitoring vital signs. Document resident observations and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff while following safety and regulatory guidelines.
Candidates must hold an active CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in senior living or healthcare is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certification and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
