Provide professional nursing care within a long-term acute care hospital setting. Responsibilities include managing patient health and collaborating with the leadership team.
Must hold a current RN licensure and BLS certification, with ACLS required within 90 days. One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred.
Education and Training: Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates. Current BLS certification is required. Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment. BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment. Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.
One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
