BrightStar Care is in need of hiring an Experienced RN or LPN for a 1:1 Home Care client! 12-Hour Day Shifts in the North Oaks area, 7am-7pm, primarily Mondays every other week. We are seeking per diem team for this specific client, with availability to pick up shifts as needed. We're ideally searching for someone with experience with Tracheostomies and Lary Tubes.

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting. Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Requirements

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Minnesota. Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care. Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.
